Terms of service

The seller provides access to an informational service: sports-event recognition, statistical analysis and explanations of estimated probabilities. The service is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets or pay winnings, and does not guarantee event outcomes.

Users must be at least 18 and must verify recognized data themselves. Payment means acceptance of the published terms. Initial web purchases are one-time and do not renew automatically.

Service and delivery

Start includes 5 analyses with no expiry. PRO includes 30 and EXPERT 100 analyses plus the corresponding feature access for 30 days. The digital service is delivered to the user account after payment confirmation.

Failed technical processing does not consume an analysis. Probabilities are estimates based on available data, not a promise of profit.

Refunds

Include your account email and payment identifier with a request. Claims are handled within the time required by applicable law. Refunds for an unused part of the service are made where legally required, using the original payment method; a lawfully delivered portion may be taken into account.

Privacy

The service processes account data, preferences, analysis history, uploaded images and technical logs needed for operation and security. It does not receive or store payment-card data; the selected payment provider processes payment details.

Images and extracted event data may be sent to the AI processors identified in the current policy to provide the service. Users may request access, correction or deletion through the contact email. Retention is limited to processing purposes and legal requirements.
